Balloons, signage and a key-moment photo area for closings. Custom closing moments start at $550.
Agents who book regularly can lock in a preferred base rate for the remainder of the calendar year after a minimum number of completed bookings.
Airbnb Celebration Setup

Birthday, anniversary, girls' trip and milestone-weekend styling with a balloon moment, room accents where allowed, custom signage and select decorative details.
Larger rooms, multiple areas, florals, rentals and rush access increase pricing.
Wedding Photo Booth

A wedding-specific booth experience with custom overlay and welcome screen, extended usage and wedding-ready presentation.
