Outdoor booth policy
The booth must be under secure cover or shelter, on a safe dry surface, with approved power access. If weather makes operation unsafe, service may be paused or shut down. Retainers are non-refundable; weather rescheduling and credit terms follow the signed contract.

Corporate and wedding photo booth packages include an on-site attendant. The 2, 3 and 4-hour booths are drop-off / self-service. An attendant is not included but can be added — just ask when you inquire.
